As the Global Process Owner, you’ll lead the charge in optimizing end-to-end processes, driving automation, and ensuring compliance across global markets. This is your opportunity to influence strategic decisions, collaborate with cross‑functional leaders, and make a meaningful impact on patient safety and supply chain excellence.Key ResponsibilitiesMap and document serialization and product tracking processes across manufacturing, warehouse, and supply chainImplement business process management standards and conduct regular assessmentsIdentify and prioritize improvement areas using assessment results and performance dataDrive global and local process standardization through step‑out management frameworkDefine and monitor KPIs to measure and improve process performanceCollaborate with data owners and stakeholders to streamline end‑to‑end processesLead technology adoption and automation initiatives to enhance process efficiencyEstablish process roles, responsibilities, and governance aligned with global frameworksBuild and sustain communities of practice for process operations and knowledge sharingBenchmark internal metrics against industry standards to ensure continuous improvementEssential RequirementsProven expertise in serialization and product tracking within the pharmaceutical industryHands‑on experience with manufacturing and packaging line processesProficiency in SAP systems, including SAP ATTP and SAP ICHStrong background in process mapping and documentationFamiliarity with Lean Six Sigma or similar process improvement methodologiesStrategic thinking and ability to influence senior stakeholdersExcellent communication skills across all organizational levelsSolid understanding of global business operations and data governanceDesirable RequirementsCertification in Lean Six Sigma or a similar process improvement methodologyExperience working in a global matrix organization with cross‑functional teamsBenefits & RewardsRead our handbook to learn about all the ways we’ll help you thrive personally and professionally: Novartis Life Handbook.
