Buscamos un/a Senior Product Owner – Embedded Banking para un proyecto estratégico dentro de un cliente internacional. Una persona con fuerte perfil de liderazgo, gestión de stakeholders y transformación digital, capaz de impulsar iniciativas complejas de alto impacto. Habilidades y requisitos: +5 años con experiencia en proyectos de transformación en tesorería o banca transaccional. Experiencia liderando proyectos complejos en entornos financieros regulados. Conocimiento de banca digital, omnicanalidad, APIs y embedded finance. Dominio de metodologías Agile, Waterfall e híbridas. Manejo de herramientas tipo JIRA. Conocimiento de productos de cash management, liquidez, pagos, FX y trade finance. Excelente capacidad de comunicación con stakeholders C-Level. Inglés C1. Funciones: Definir y evolucionar el roadmap de producto con visión end to end. Traducir necesidades de negocio en soluciones digitales. Diseñar el marco de gobernanza y comunicación cross-team. Gestión integral de proyectos: planificación, hitos, riesgos y dependencias. Interlocución con stakeholders senior, vendors y partners. Impulsar la transformación digital en entornos Embedded Banking. ¿Qué te ofrecemos? Contrato indefinido en una compañía puramente tecnológica, solvente y en pleno crecimiento.
