Asegúrese de comprender todas las responsabilidades y tareas asociadas a este puesto antes de continuar.Industry: Policy Advisory, Research, Climate FinanceResearch, Policy Analysis, Stakeholder Engagement, CommunicationsGuiding Salary: 1.200 euros net/month, 6 months probation periodClimate Strategy is seeking an Analyst to support its work on EU budget reform, climate finance, cleantech innovation and the SME clean transition, with a particular focus on:The analyst will work closely with senior team members and directly support project delivery through policy research, analytical work, and external engagement and communications.You will be based in Climate Strategy’s Madrid office and work with an international policy and research team advising European institutions, national governments, foundations, and private sector actors on climate finance, competitiveness, and SME transition.Research & analysis:Conduct policy and financial research on EU budget instruments, climate investments, and SME-relevant funding mechanismsUndergraduate (final year) or recent graduate, xsgfvud or up to 2 years’ relevant experienceStrong research, analytical, and writing skillsFluent English and working proficiency in SpanishLegal right to work in Spain; Previous experience (internship or similar) in policy research, consulting, think tanks, NGOs, or public affairsDirect collaboration with senior experts in climate finance and budget design
