Specifically, your duties include:Resource Management:You will control necessary personnel resources. Furthermore, you must ensure compliance with the budget and established staffing levels for every occupancy situation.Departmental Oversight:You will manage, coordinate, and supervise all hotel departments, including Reception, Housekeeping, Kitchen, Dining Room, Bar, Entertainment, and Restrooms.Strategic Implementation:You will implement the Company’s strategic guidelines and policies within your area of competence.Financial PerformanceA key part of this role involves rigorous financial stewardship. Therefore, you will:Revenue Management:Supervise sales statuses, reservations, and occupancy forecasts. Additionally, you will manage contracts with tour operators and travel agencies.Cost Control:Perform regular monitoring of hotel costs, including food and beverage, energy expenditure, and R&D expenses.Profitability:Define strategies to achieve extra income objectives. Moreover, you will control the P&L and take immediate action to achieve proposed financial objectives.Quality & Guest SatisfactionAt Hard Rock, the guest experience is paramount. Your responsibilities include:Satisfaction Analysis:You will analyze customer satisfaction in detail using the Reviewpro tool and monitor the Net Promoter Score (NPS) in a timely manner.Continuous Improvement:You will create and monitor satisfaction improvement plans. Consequently, you will review customer comments and prepare reports on satisfaction metrics.Audit Compliance:Finally, you will monitor quality audits and plan improvements effectively.What We Expect From YouTo rock this role, you should possess:Education:University studies in Tourism, Hospitality, or Business Administration.
