The role focuses on developing students’ academic English and supporting access to the curriculum in a multilingual environment.Location: Ibiza, ESKEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Plan and deliver engaging EAL lessons tailored to students’ language levelsSupport students’ academic literacy (reading, writing, speaking, and listening)Work collaboratively with subject teachers to support curriculum accessMonitor student progress and provide targeted feedbackPrepare students for internal assessments and external examinations where relevantTHE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:University degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related fieldRecognised EAL/ESL qualification (e.g. CELTA, DELTA, PGCE, or equivalent)Experience teaching EAL atSecondary and/or Bachillerato levelStrong understanding of language acquisition and differentiation strategiesHigh level of English proficiency; Spanish an advantageSAFEGUARDING STATEMENTInspired Education Group is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expects all staff, volunteers and other third parties to share this commitment. xsgfvud Safer recruitment practices and pre-employment background checks will be undertaken before any appointment is confirmed.#J-18808-Ljbffr
