Come and shape the future of finance with us.Marketo Application SpecialistMadrid | Working from home up to 40% | Reference 7527We are seeking an Marketo Application Specialist to serve as the central point of coordination between internal stakeholders, end users, and external vendor partners to ensure the smooth operation, optimization, and governance of our Marketo instance. This role will drive cross‑functional alignment, translate business needs into technical requirements, oversee vendor deliverables, and ensure that Marketo supports our communication processes.Does it sound interesting for you? Don't hesitate and apply now with your CV in English.What You Will DoStakeholder Collaboration and Communication, acting as the primary liaison between Marketing users, internal technical teams, and the technical Consultants to facilitate effective communication and timely delivery of solutionsGather, document, and prioritize user requirements; translate business needs into clear, actionable technical specificationsManage change communication to users regarding new features, process updates, and system changesOversee day‑to‑day operations of Marketo, including campaign setup oversight, asset management, and system configuration in partnership with marketing operations specialistsCoordinate on integrations, access management, and security reviews and ensure documentation is up to dateServe as the main point of contact for the Vendor; manage contracts, SLAs, and escalation pathsPlan and coordinate vendor‑led releases, enhancements, and troubleshooting activities, validate vendor deliverables against requirements; oversee testing, acceptance, and rollout plans and track and report on vendor performance and improvement opportunitiesWhat You BringA minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing operations, marketing automation, or related rolesHands‑on experience with Marketo (Adobe Marketo Engage) and its core featuresExperience coordinating cross‑functional teams and external vendors; strong project management and communication skills will be positively evaluatedUnderstanding of data privacy, compliance, and governance in marketing systemsAbility to translate complex technical concepts into business‑friendly languageStrong documentation, meeting facilitation, and stakeholder management skillsFluent in English (both verbal & writing), German and Spanish are a plusIf you have any questions,check out our FAQ pageor call Sara Perez de la Cuesta at +34 91 709 56 80.For this vacancy we only accept direct applications in English.Diversity is important to us.
