Actualmente busca incorporar a su equipo corporativo un/a Design Manager para reforzar el área de Planning & Design y acompañar proyectos de reposicionamiento y reinversión donde el diseño es un factor clave de creación de valor. La persona que se incorpore tendrá un rol central en la definición, desarrollo e implementación del diseño de varios activos hoteleros, desde las primeras fases de briefing y concepto hasta Schematic Design y Design Development . Trabajará en estrecha colaboración con Asset Managers, Project Managers externos, operadores hoteleros y equipos de diseño , actuando como punto de conexión entre estrategia, diseño y operación. ¿Qué harás? Liderar y coordinar equipos de arquitectura, interiores, paisajismo, MEP y otras disciplinas. Revisar y validar conceptos, layouts, materialidad, detalles y especificaciones, asegurando coherencia, calidad y viabilidad. Preparar y mantener el Design Brief , alineado con la estrategia del activo, el posicionamiento de marca y los requisitos operativos. Integrar inputs del operador hotelero y velar por la experiencia del huésped. Trabajar con Project Managers y Cost Managers para proteger el budget y evitar desviaciones. Identificar riesgos de diseño y proponer soluciones que mantengan el equilibrio entre diseño, coste y operación. Preparar informes y presentaciones que faciliten la toma de decisiones a nivel directivo. ¿A quién buscamos? Formación en Arquitectura, Diseño de Interiores o disciplina afín . 5–10 años de experiencia en proyectos hoteleros o hospitality premium. Experiencia liderando equipos de diseño multidisciplinares y consultores externos. Capacidad para gestionar múltiples proyectos de forma simultánea. Visión estratégica del diseño, con entendimiento técnico y económico. Alto nivel de autonomía, rigor y criterio profesional. Inglés profesional imprescindible . Portugués e italiano serán un plus. ¿Qué ofrece nuestro cliente? Participar en proyectos hoteleros de alto impacto y reposicionamiento estratégico.
