Descúbralo a continuación y pulse en "solicitar" para ser considerado.We are currently looking for an experienced HSE Lead to join a large-scale industrial green project in South Spain (coastal location).This is a 12-month project with an urgent start in January, offering the opportunity to take real ownership of Health, Safety & Environmental performance on a complex industrial site.The RoleAs HSE Lead, you will be the main HSE authority on site, working closely with construction, contractors and project management teams to ensure the highest HSE standards throughout execution.Key Responsibilities• Lead and implement the site HSE strategy in line with Spanish and EU regulations • Act as the primary HSE point of contact for contractors and site management • Conduct site inspections, audits, and toolbox talks • Ensure compliance with HSE plans, risk assessments and method statements • Investigate incidents and near misses, driving corrective actions • Promote a strong safety-first culture across the projectProfile• Proven experience as HSE Lead / Senior HSE on industrial or construction projects • Strong knowledge of Spanish HSE legislation and EU standards • Background in heavy industry, process xsgfvud plants, energy or large construction projects • Comfortable working in multi-contractor environments • Fluent or professional level of Spanish and English • EU right to work required Location & Conditions• South Spain – coastal area (good connections) • Approx. 12-month duration • Standard working hours in line with Spanish legislation • Local hires preferred; rotation available for EU-based candidates
