Reportando al CEO y formando parte del Comité de Dirección, el CFO será responsable de liderar la transformación del área financiera , internalizando la contabilidad, implantando procesos robustos de control y reporting, consolidando las distintas sociedades del grupo y acompañando el crecimiento internacional con una visión estratégica y operativa. Responsabilidades Principales: Dirección Financiera y Control Implantar procesos sólidos de controlling, reporting financiero y presupuestación . Supervisar cierres mensuales, análisis de desviaciones, forecast y KPIs de gestión. Asegurar la calidad, fiabilidad y trazabilidad de la información financiera. Liderar la consolidación de las distintas sociedades. Fiscalidad y Entorno Internacional Gestión de retos asociados a: Tipo de cambio. Precios de transferencia. Impuesto de Sociedades y fiscalidad internacional. Coordinación con asesores externos cuando sea necesario. Garantizar cumplimiento normativo en los distintos países. Sistemas y Digitalización Optimizar procesos financieros y administrativos apoyándose en herramientas digitales. Definir estándares de datos, reporting y automatización. Peril requerido (M/H/D): Experiencia Experiencia consolidada como CFO, Director/a Financiero/a o rol similar en entornos con filiales internacionales. Fuerte experiencia en: Controlling. Consolidación. Internalización de funciones financieras. Implantación o migración de ERP Entornos de crecimiento, transformación y profesionalización. Perfil operativo, cercano al negocio. Formación Formación superior en Finanzas, Economía, ADE o similar. Valorable MBA o formación de posgrado. Idiomas Inglés muy alto / bilingüe (uso habitual en comités y consejo). Competencias Alta capacidad de organización y estructuración. Rigor, orientación al detalle y al control. Visión estratégica combinada con ejecución operativa. Capacidad de liderazgo y construcción de equipos. Autonomía, criterio y capacidad de toma de decisiones. Habilidad para trabajar en entornos internacionales y multiculturales.
