QA EngineerSmartAssets is seeking a meticulous and dedicated QA Engineer to join our innovative team.Si sus habilidades, experiencia y cualificaciones coinciden con las de esta descripción del puesto, no demore su solicitud.In this role, you will focus on manual testing & automated testing, ensuring the quality and functionality of our software products.You will work independently, leveraging your knowledge of testing strategies and tools, with the opportunity to expand into automation testing.About SmartAssets:Incubated within the Stagwell Marketing Cloud, our AI platform empowers brands and creative agencies to produce high quality advertising content by providing insight into the effectiveness of their creative choices.As part of the Stagwell Marketing Cloud, we leverage industry leading technology and enjoy privileged access to agencies across the advertising spectrum.Key Responsibilities:Conduct thorough manual testing to ensure software quality.Estimate the number of test cases needed for a given feature or project.Perform regression testing to ensure new code changes do not adversely affect existing functionalities, aiming to achieve more test coverage with fewer test cases.Conduct exploratory testing to discover potential bugs and document and track bugs found.Use tools like TestRail, TestLink, or Bugzilla or similar to manage test cases and report issues.Work and test independently without constant supervision.Create and execute test suites in Postman and test and validate API endpoints and services using Postman.Required Skills and Qualifications:Proven experience in manual testing.Basic knowledge of testing strategies and processes.Familiarity with test case management tools such as TestRail, TestLink, Bugzilla or similar.Proficiency with Postman for API testing.Strong analytical and problem solving skills with attention to detail.Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.Significant experience in manual testing and basic knowledge of testing strategies.Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficientlyPreferred Skills (Bonuses):Knowledge of test management and testing strategies.Experience in automation testing, including unit testing and workflow testing. xsgfvud Languages:English & SpanishEducation:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
