We are looking for a “Veeva Vault analyst” with technical minset,who will offer service to a multinational pharmaceutical company,toperform technical and interface assessments of AI demands, manage/ensure the platform stability, coordinate with the vendor the product enhancement requestsCompruebe que cumple con los requisitos de habilidades para este puesto, así como con la experiencia asociada, y luego envíe su CV a continuación.SKILLS+3 years of experience working in a technology or life science field.Deep knowledge ofPromoMatsandMedCommsfunctionalities, ensuring compliance, traceability, and efficiency across content approval lifecycles.Configuration and supportofVeeva Vault applications , including CRM, Approved Email, CLM, and multichannel components.Integration and automation throughVeeva Vault API connectors , enabling seamless data and content exchange between systems.Experience inSaaS solution implementation ,system administration , andpost-deployment supportfor enterprise clients.Strong understanding ofVeeva Vault architectureand governance within the context of MLR and commercial operations.Experience with integrations asCloud Architecture(Azure/AWS) and migrations.Understanding of Content Extraction tools ( OCR ),ETLprocess andLLMconfiguration.Experienced with various tools like ServiceNow, Jira, Confluence, etc.Effectivestakeholder coordinationacross cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment between technical delivery and business objectives.Agile Methodology.Fluent English.Quill (Quillbot), CS, ML (Machine Learning) and Chatbots experience are nice to have.TASKSDevelop and support the use of standard and custom AI agents with Veeva Vault.Provide AI technical expertise to support architecture, design, build, assembling 3rd party and custom developed tech components.Provide and support testing and deployment of use case demands for variety of business requirements.Ensure to follow all the best practices in every stage of SDLC, and consistent architecture practices across deliverables using IT operating model and ensure compliance with IT processes.Strong hands‑on technical administration and configuration expertise in Veeva Vault.Effective and clear communication from/to the technical team for any issues that may affect the deliverables & timelines.Provide technical expertise, guidance & coaching to the technical teamFulfill technology specific business needs.Provide Business Consultancy to our global stakeholders.SCHEDULE08/09h-17/18h from Monday to Friday (flexible)100% remote.CONDITIONSSalary package based on your profile.Permanent Contract. xsgfvud Ticket restaurant included in-office hoursFlexible Retribution Program (medical insurance, public transport ticket and childcare check)Discounts on gym network (Urban Sports Club)Learning & DevelopmentOur goal is that you are well in every way#J-18808-LjbffrHay opciones de teletrabajo/trabajo desde casa disponibles para este puesto.
