Be part of a company that is shaping the future of medical software Join our office in Malaga as Technical Lead Embedded Software (m/f/d) Your responsibilities Lead the architecture, design, and development of software for medical devices Coordinate and mentor a team of software engineers Collaborate with hardware, QA, regulatory and industrial design teams Oversee the full development lifecycle: requirements, architecture, implementation, integration, and validation Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory standards (IEC 62304, ISO 13485, etc.) Participate in code reviews, risk analyses, and architecture evaluations Manage technical project planning: estimates, priorities, risks, milestones, and deliverables Ensure software quality through the implementation of testing and automation practices Interact directly with clients to define requirements and technical solutions Your profile 8+ years of professional software development experience, including 3+ years in technical leadership roles Experience developing software for safety-critical and regulated environments Strong knowledge of software architecture, design patterns, and component-based design Experience with testing frameworks, CI/CD, and agile methodologies Familiarity with regulated software lifecycles and technical documentation management Understanding of relevant regulatory standards (IEC 62304, ISO 13485, ISO 14971) Experience working with multidisciplinary teams Ability to make complex technical decisions and communicate solutions clearly What you can look forward to A diversified xsgfvud and challenging environment combined with a high degree of freedom for the implementation of innovative ideas A hybrid work model which allows you to work up to 60 percent from your home work place A permanent employment contract with performance-related pay at an international and promising employer A modern workplace in spacious and bright offices in the heart of Malaga An individually tailored "on the job" training and professional development opportunities Personal added values such as an employer financed private healh insurance, team events, access to the discount platform "Benefits at work" and many more Do you see this job offer as a personal challenge and are you ready to conquer the market with us?
