Debt raising : assist CA-CIB clients to raise new debt (senior, subordinated) for a precise purpose (acquisition, financing of a greenfield project or other) taking into account its particular needs and market environment. General debt advisory services : assist CA-CIB clients to evaluate the most adequate financing structure in a specific situation. Assist in the review the bankability of key commercial contracts in conjunction with Sponsor’s legal counsel (EPC, CFDs, PPAs etc). Assist in the preparation and review of detailed financing term sheets in conjunction with Sponsor’s legal counsel. Cultivate a network of industry contracts (lawyers, consultants, banks, ECAs/MLAs, rating agencies, etc.) The candidate will report to the Head of SFA Iberia and and will work under the supervision of senior team members in relation to the origination and execution of advisory deals. Experience with Project Finance/Real Estate/LBO structuring techniques. Negotiation and documentation of legal documents (financing contracts, mandate letters, etc). Knowledge of the European Project Finance / Real Estate /Telecoms and transportation sector: Knowledge of risk identification, analysis and mitigation techniques. Knowledge of legal regime applicable to available debt instruments. General knowledge of national and international economy and finance, economic environment. General knowledge of business administration. General knowledge of national and international accounting and tax principles. General knowledge on fundamentals of capital markets mechanics (bond structuring, rating agencies procedures etc.). Fluent in English. Knowledge of risk identification, analysis and mitigation techniques. ~Specialist Training Required: ~ Trainings on Investment Banking tools (i.e. Structured Finance, Project Finance, Corporate Finance, etc). xsgfvud Proficient use of Office tools.
