At ASTEK Iberia, we are looking for an Application Manager to support Veeva CRM / Salesforce within the IT Centre of Excellence. The professional will join the ERP – Centre Excellence team and provide continuous support for the Sales Force Veeva+ environment.Desplácese hacia abajo para obtener una visión general completa de lo que requerirá este trabajo. ¿Es usted el candidato adecuado para esta oportunidad?Main responsibilities:Provide daily functional and technical support for Veeva CRM and Salesforce.Manage incidents, troubleshoot issues, and ensure system performance and stability.Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth operation of the CRM ecosystem.Ensure proper follow-up of requests, documentation, and user support activities.Work according to established processes and compliance requirements.Who are you?Proven experience as Application Manager or similar role supporting CRM systems.Strong knowledge of Veeva CRM and Salesforce (mandatory).Ability to operate in an international environment.Strong communication and coordination skills.Intermediate level in English and Spanish.Who are we?Since 2015, Astek Iberia has been accompanying its customers in their development throughout Spain (Madrid, Barcelona, Valencia, Basque Country, Andalusia, Galicia, etc.).Founded in France in 1988, Astek is a global player in engineering and technology consulting, present in five continents and 25 countries.
