You’ll work alongside world-class experts in a collaborative, ethics-driven environment that valuessustainability, diversity, and innovation .What you’ll do:Lead cross-functional teams of engineers and ML practitioners to deliver impactful AI and LLM solutions for top-tier industry clients.Manage the full project lifecycle, from scoping and planning to deployment, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.Translate complex business requirements into actionable technical plans and roadmaps for ML and LLM initiatives.Oversee project progress, resource allocation, and milestone achievement, making data-driven adjustments and mitigating risks.Facilitate solution design discussions and ensure technical feasibility of ML/LLM approaches.Proactively resolve blockers, manage dependencies, and champion best engineering practices for scalable AI systems.Track project KPIs and provide transparent updates on status, risks, and deliverables to leadership and clients.Foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement across teams.Communicate technical ideas and project status effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. xsgfvud What we’re looking for:Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Physics, Engineering, or a related field4+ years delivering ML or data-driven software projects in industry2+ years managing end-to-end engineering projects; experience with LLMs/NLP a strong plusHands-on familiarity with Python, Git, Docker, and comfortable discussing technical tradeoffsExperience with Agile/Scrum methodologiesStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsWorking proficiency in English; Spanish is a plusComplete our Compensation and Benefits in Niche Tech Industries Survey here: applying to this role you understand that we may collect your personal data and store and process it on our systems.
