Building on this infrastructure, we are now introducing financial services to help our users pay, save and borrow digitally. We’re building a culture focused on excellence, ownership, and continual growth.ResponsibilitiesAs a Staff Android Engineer in the Financial Services domain, own and evolve the mobile architecture across several product lines (Wallet, Payments, Billing).Define engineering standards for performance, testing, modularity, and maintainability across squads.Design and scale clean, testable, and secure systems aligned with long-term product vision.Lead technical discovery and decision-making, balancing trade-offs with clarity.Drive adoption of Jetpack Compose and modular architecture.Build with a strong focus on security, performance, accessibility, and resilience.Guide CI/CD and release strategy to support quality at speed.Qualifications / You might be the right fit ifYou’ve already worked as a Staff Engineer or Tech Lead and know how to drive impact beyond code.You’re an expert in Android development (Kotlin) with deep experience in scaling apps and teams.You think in systems, not just screens.You lead by example through clean code, mentoring, documentation, and architectural clarity.You have strong opinions about architecture, modularization, testing, security, and CI/CD, and you challenge the status quo with respect and vision.You thrive in environments where you own decisions, not just implementation.What you’ll getYou’ll have real ownership, continuous mentorship, and a place where your technical voice matters.
