It's trusted by Fortune 100 companies, major national payers and large providers to enable their employees to live their healthiest lives.General Requirements:At least 4+ years of experience withPython, Django.Strong foundation inPython,Django, and REST API development.Hands-on experience withReact, modern JavaScript/TypeScript, and component-driven UI development.Proficiency with SQL databases;PostgreSQLFamiliarity with UI component libraries (MUI, Tailwind, Chakra, etc.) and responsive design.Ability to learn new frameworks, tools, and technologies quickly.Interest in cloud infrastructure concepts (GCP, Kubernetes).Curiosity about AI tooling and its use in software development.Strong communication skills and collaborative working style.At least B2 level of English.Core working hours: start ~9 AM Pacific TimeRequired overlap: 4–5 hours minimum with PST4h overlap in winter (18:00–22:00 CET)5h overlap in summer (17:00–22:00 CEST)Preferred Experience:Deploying applications to GCP, AWS, or similar cloud platforms.Containerised development using Docker and Kubernetes.Monitoring/alerting tools (Datadog, Prometheus, Cloud Monitoring).Asynchronous or event-driven systems (Celery, Pub/Sub, etc.).Experience in healthcare or regulated environments.API modelling/testing tools (OpenAPI, Swagger, GraphQL, Postman).Experience using AI-powered development tools (Cursor, GitHub Copilot, etc.).Responsibilities:This role spansPython/Django,REST APIs,React,PostgreSQL, and deployments onGoogle Cloud Platform (GCP)andKubernetes.
