Our client builds production-grade AI products that help organisations solve complex, real-world business challenges. With a team of 300+ and backing from a top 10 global VC firm, they work closely with enterprise clients to design and deploy impactful AI solutions across areas such as Supply Chain, Finance, and Marketing.The RoleThis is a senior, client-facing position where you'll take ownership of AI initiatives from discovery through to delivery. You'll act as a trusted technical partner to clients, lead multidisciplinary data science teams, and help shape product and technical strategy.ResponsibilitiesLeading multiple AI initiatives across product development and deliveryWorking directly with clients to translate complex business problems into scalable AI solutionsOwning product or solution verticals and driving measurable outcomesLeading and mentoring teams of data scientists and ML engineersBalancing hands-on technical contribution with strategic leadershipYour BackgroundStrong experience across Data Science, ML, and AI (Deep Learning, Gen AI, MLOps)Proven track record delivering AI solutions in client-facing or product-led environmentsExperience leading or mentoring data science teamsAbility to manage multiple priorities and communicate effectively with senior stakeholdersLocations: Barcelona or Madrid. xsgfvud Hybrid working with minimum of 2 days per week in the office.
