The philosophy “Taste in harmony with people and nature” forms the foundation for all actions of SanLucar as well as the basis for many social and sustainability projects.Are you the one?Become part of our Finance Team as Treasury Manager Holding this role you will efficiently manage the company's financial resources, oversee collections and payments, optimize banking conditions and relationships as well as managing the group’s cash flow. Guiding your team in the day to day business you will provide the Finance Director and Executive Direction when needed with relevant KPIs, reports and financial insights to make strategic decisions.Your role highlights – your responsibilitiesYou will oversee treasury operations, including processing payments, managing bank accounts, and ensuring compliance with regulations.You will implement and manage the treasury management system and other technology solutions to streamline treasury processes.You will establish and apply financial policies around treasury.You will develop treasury controls, automations, and process improvements (head office and subsidiaries).You will manage cash flow, ensuring liquidity for operational needs, and optimize cash balances.You will be forecasting cash flows, analyzing financial data, and providing insights to support strategic decision-making.You will oversee the elaboration of budgets and financial plans of SanLucar on group level.You will maintain relationships with banks, negotiating terms, and managing banking services with an optimizing focus.You will give investment inputs for short-term and long-term funds to maximize returns while managing risks.You will be managing the company’s debt portfolio, including issuing and refinancing debt.You will ensure compliance with debt covenants.You will be identifying and managing financial risks such as interest rate, currency, and credit risks.You will be organizing and guiding the team on day to day basis.You will be managing the team’s development, creating a positive work environment, and completing people-related processes like performance evaluations and feedback.Become SanLucarian – What’s in for you?You’ll find a dynamic and changing work environmentFeel comfortable leaving your suit behind We don’t have a dress codeExperience different cultures – Multinational is what describes us best as we’re a team of 30 nationalitiesParticipate in events, meetups & teambuilding activitiesRequirementsYou have higher studies in Economics and/or Law.
