Service Manager – AftersalesTodos los candidatos deben asegurarse de leer atentamente la siguiente descripción del puesto y la información antes de enviar su solicitud.Position responsible for managing and optimizing the aftersales services for white goods products, focusing on washing machines, refrigerators, and air conditioning units.ResponsibilitiesOversee the aftersales experience, including repair and maintenance services, and coordination with repair centers to ensure customer satisfaction.Develop and implement aftersales strategies aligned with company objectives; analyze market trends, benchmark, and customer feedback to identify improvement opportunities.Set key performance indicators (KPIs) for the aftersales department and ensure targets are met.Manage customer service teams to resolve issues related to washing machines, refrigerators, and air conditioning units; monitor satisfaction levels and handle escalated complaints.Maintain relationships with authorized repair centers, ensuring they meet quality and efficiency standards; coordinate spare parts availability and timely repair completion.Conduct regular audits of service centers to uphold high service standards.Prepare and analyze performance reports covering customer satisfaction metrics, service turnaround times, and cost efficiency; present data-driven recommendations to senior management.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).Minimum of 5 years’ experience in aftersales service channel management or operations, preferably in the white goods or consumer electronics industry.Strong knowledge of washing machines, refrigerators, and air conditioning systems.Proven leadership and team‑management skills.Excellent problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.Strong customer focus with a commitment to delivering high‑quality service.Experience with ERP/CRM systems and proficiency in data‑analysis tools.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Occasional travel to repair centers, customer locations, or industry events.Ideal candidate has a solid background in the white goods industry, demonstrated leadership, and deep understanding of technical service operations.Employment DetailsLocation: Madrid, Community of Madrid, Spain.Employment type: Full‑time.Seniority level: Mid‑Senior level. xsgfvud Typical work environment: Office setting with some field time.#J-18808-Ljbffr
