Si es así, siga leyendo para obtener más detalles y no olvide enviar su solicitud hoy mismo.Location:Hybrid – 3 days per week on-site in MadridLanguages:Spanish & English (both fluent)Type:Full‑timeA global organisation is expanding its digital supply‑chain capabilities and is looking for a Senior SAP IBP Consultant to join its transformation team.This is a strategic, high‑impact role suited to an experienced consultant who can blend hands‑on IBP expertise with strong stakeholder management and project leadership.What You'll DoLead the design, configuration, and delivery of SAP IBP across Demand, Supply, and S&OPAnalyse business processes and define functional requirements across planning, logistics, and supply chainTranslate business needs into scalable, future‑ready IBP solutionsDrive integrations between IBP and S/4HANA, ECC, APO, or third‑party systemsAct as workstream or project lead, managing timelines, risks, RAID, and governanceLead workshops, blueprint phases, testing cycles (SIT/UAT) and cutover planningProvide strategic advisory to senior stakeholders on planning best practices and optimisation opportunitiesSupport continuous improvement, digital roadmaps, and long‑term planning strategyCoach junior consultants and support cross‑functional collaborationWhat You Bring5+ years hands‑on SAP IBP experience (Demand, Supply, S&OP)Broad experience across end‑to‑end planning processesProven leadership of planning workstreams or SAP transformation projectsStrong test management, cutover, and PMO exposureStrong integration understanding (S/4HANA, ECC, CPI‑DS, external data sources)Excellent xsgfvud stakeholder engagement and communication skillsFluent in Spanish and English (C1/C2)Comfortable working in dynamic, multi‑cultural environmentsNice to HaveAPO migration experience (DP/SNP)SAP IBP or SAP S/4HANA certificationsExposure to Agile methodologies (Scrum/SAFe)Experience with ML forecasting or advanced analyticsIf you’re looking for a senior role where you can influence strategy, lead complex programmes, and play a key part in a major digital transformation, we’d welcome a conversation.#J-18808-Ljbffr
