For over 40 years, we’ve continued to grow in scale, reach and impact — while staying true to our purpose:“Deliver The Promise”to our customers, employees and partners.We are currently looking for aFinance Controller Junior (1–2 years of experience)for atemporary position , to join our Controlling team and support the business through high-impact financial analysis, reporting and process improvement.You will play a key role in supporting financial performance, improving processes and providing insights to the business.Prepare high-quality financial reporting within deadlines, minimizing adjustments.Take ownership of assigned responsibilities: understand customer P&L structures, monitor monthly results and analyze variances vs. budget.Build forecasts and budgets, working closely with Sales, Operations and other stakeholders.Perform monthly variance and profitability analysis (gross margin, cost lines, deviations).Support the Controlling team with data uploads inEssbase .Collaborate with the Controlling Manager in the preparation of next year’s customer budgets.Business Intelligence & Process ImprovementAnalyze existing business processes and identify improvement opportunities.Propose and implement new process designs and innovative solutions.Build dashboards, KPIs and reports to improve efficiency, compliance and decision-making.Prepare presentations for internal management meetings.Support corporate initiatives and ad-hoc projects, acting as a finance partner to other departments.What we’re looking for1–2 years of experience asFinance Analyst / Junior Controller .Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, ADE or Engineering.Strong knowledge ofSAP(mandatory); planning tools likeEssbaseare a plus.FluentSpanish and English(third language is a plus).Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and a continuous improvement mindset.Why join HAVI (even temporarily)? xsgfvud Because this role offers hands-on exposure in a global company, real responsibility from day one and the opportunity to strengthen your finance career in a dynamic environment.Interested or know someone who could be a great fit?#J-18808-Ljbffr
