For locums, map and calendar features make scheduling and travel planning simple.We’re transforming how veterinary locum work is booked in the UK—and we’re scaling fast.The Role We’re looking for asenior digital marketer (5+ years experience)who canown our marketing strategy and execute independentlyin a lean, fast-moving team. This is aremote-firstrole (hybrid optional if you’re London-based).You’ll be responsible for building and running a marketing engine that consistently produces content, campaigns, and measurable growth across key channels.Location/time zone:Europe preferred (CET/UK time overlap)Type:Full-time remote (contractor or employee, depending on fit)Tracking:This role requires use of atime trackerand simple weekly reporting (output + key metrics)What You’ll DoStrategy & PlanningBuild and maintain a clearmarketing strategy(ICP, positioning, messaging, channel plan, quarterly goals)Create aweekly execution planand keep delivery consistentRun market/competitor research and turn insights into actionable campaignsExecution & GrowthCreate and manage campaigns acrossMeta / Google / LinkedIn(as relevant), including creative testing and optimisationImprove funnel performance with data-driven iteration (landing pages, lead capture, conversion basics)Build and runemail campaignsand automations (Mailchimp or similar)Content & CreativePlan and manage social media content calendarsEdit video and imagesfor social content (short-form is important)Produce or coordinate ad creatives and content assets (you don’t need to be a designer, but you must be able to ship)MeasurementTrack key performance metrics (CAC/CPA, CPL, conversion rates, engagement, pipeline impact)Provide a simpleweekly KPI snapshot+ monthly insights and next stepsWhat Success Looks Like (first 60–90 days)A clear strategy + channel priorities aligned with business goalsConsistent content cadence (social + email) that supports growth objectivesImproved campaign performance through structured testing (creative, audiences, messaging)A simple reporting rhythm the team can trust and act onRequirements (Must Have)5+ yearsin digital marketing with evidence of results (metrics, case studies, examples)Strong inmarketing strategy + hands-on execution(you can do both)Comfortable managing and optimising campaigns onMeta / Google / LinkedIn(at least two of these strongly)Experience withsocial media planning/managementandbasic video/image editingExperience running email marketing(Mailchimp or similar)Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindsetExcellent English communication; Spanish is a plusAble to workindependently, proactively, and reliably in an async environmentComfortable usingtime trackingand documenting work clearlyNice to HaveB2B SaaS experience (especially marketplace / platform businesses)Familiarity with the veterinary sectorSEO/content strategy experienceCRO/landing page optimisation experienceNotion / HubSpot / GA4 / Looker Studio experienceTools (examples) Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Mailchimp, GA4/Search Console, Notion, Canva/Figma, CapCut/Premiere (or equivalent)Engagement and CompensationPreferably contractor (freelance) for long term.Compensation is flexible and depends on experience, scope, and availability.
