Lead Receptionist

As Reception Team Leader, you will be a key point of contact for the Shanti-Som experience, leading by example at the front desk and ensuring a warm, intuitive, and professional guest journey from arrival to departure. Bringing best practices to the reception team by identifying opportunities to improve workflows, communication, and guest service standards Coordinating closely with Spa, Wellness, Housekeeping, and Food & Beverage teams to ensure smooth daily schedules and personalised guest experiences Maintaining high standards of organisation, attention to detail, and brand presentation at reception Flexibility and availability across mornings, evenings, and weekends Fluent in English; additional languages xsgfvud are a plus Confident with PMS and general administrative tools Full-time permanent contract (40 hours/week) with rotating shifts Immediate start  Opportunities for growth and ongoing training Enjoy a culture that celebrates authentic human connection and joy in service
