The SAP HCM Payroll Consultant will be responsible for the accurate and timely execution of payroll / time processes for multiple pay groups. This would include the evaluation of the Payroll schemas, Overtime, contribution, taxes, customer agreements, legal reporting customizing and other post payroll process. SAP HCM & Payroll configuration for business requirements, schemas, PCRs, wage type creation, basic pay configuration, etc.Main Responsibilities:Ensure accurate and timely end-to-end processing of Spanish payroll and time management for multiple pay groupsConfigure and customize SAP HCM Payroll (schemas, PCRs, wage types, etc.) to meet business and legal requirementsInvestigate and resolve complex payroll/time-related issues (e.g. overtime, taxes, sickness, social security, legal reporting)Act as a key SAP Payroll resource within cross-functional HR project teamsMaintain compliance and accuracy in payroll data and legal obligations specific to Spanish regulationsKey Experience and Skills:Proven hands-on experience in SAP HCM Payroll for Spanish accountsSolid knowledge of PA (Personnel Administration) and OM (Organizational Management) modulesBasic understanding of ABAP for analyzing and supporting payroll-related developmentsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills for identifying root causes and applying effective solutionsAbility to coordinate across teams, manage workload efficiently, and act as a single point of contact for payroll topicsAdditional Information:Advanced skills in SAP HCM and Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Access)Excellent time management and ability to handle multiple priorities and ongoing projectsStrong organizational and decision-making abilities with a strategic mindsetBenefitsWe offer programs and plans for a healthy mind, body, wallet and life because it’s important our benefits care for the whole person.
