You will own thedata lakehouse, data mesh, and AI enablement roadmap , delivering secure, scalable and business-ready data products across our hybrid (cloud + on-prem) environment.What you will doLead theData, AI & BI platform strategyfor GTB across AWS and SCIB hybrid architectureDesign and evolve thecloud data lakehouse(S3, Iceberg/Delta, EMR, Databricks)Builddomain-oriented data productsusingdata meshprinciples (data-as-a-product, SLAs, ownership, contracts)Design and operatedata ingestion, CDC and event-driven pipelinesfrom GTB operational systemsIntegrateon-premise data lake with AWS cloud , ensuringcatalog, lineage, security and governanceImplementdata quality, data rules, normalization and data guardrailsDeliveranalytics-ready datasets and semantic layersforBI, KPIs and dashboardsEnableAI/ML and GenAI use cases : feature engineering, training, MLflow, RAG, fine-tuning, monitoringProvidetechnical leadership and mentoringacross Data, ML and BI engineering teamsPartner withbusiness, product, risk and technologystakeholders to deliver high-impact data solutionsRequired Experience5+ years inData Engineering, Cloud Data Platforms, AI/ML or Advanced AnalyticsProven experience designingAWS data lakehouse architecturesHands-on withDatabricks or EMR (Spark, Delta, MLflow, feature store)Strong background inETL, CDC pipelines and event-driven ingestionExperience integratingon-prem + clouddata platformsExperience deliveringproduction AI/ML solutionsStrong involvement indata governance, data quality and data guardrailsExperience working withBI teams, KPIs and semantic data modelsTechnical SkillsAWS : S3, xsgfvud Glue, Lake Formation, EMRDatabricks : Spark (PySpark/Scala), Delta, MLflow, feature storeLakehouse & Data Formats : Parquet, Iceberg / Delta, raw → curated → semantic layersData Engineering : SQL, Python, ETL, CDC, event-driven pipelinesData Governance : lineage, catalog, data quality, observability, data rulesBI Enablement : star schemas, semantic layers, KPI modellingAI/ML & GenAI : feature engineering, training, RAG, fine-tuning, LLM guardrailsHybrid Architecture : on-prem + AWS aligned with CDAIO standardsNice to HaveAWS or Databricks certificationsExperience withCI/CD, orchestration, IaCfor data platformsBI tools:QuickSight, Power BI, QlikAgile tools:JIRA, Confluence
