Desde el grupo Robert Walters, nos encontramos en búsqueda de un /a Gerente de Centro de Ocio para una compañía líder en el sector de entretenimiento, que se encuentra en Madrid:Aunque la experiencia profesional y las cualificaciones son clave para este puesto, asegúrese de comprobar si posee las habilidades interpersonales preferibles antes de solicitar, si se requieren.Tus funciones:Liderar la gestión integral y estratégica del centro, garantizando la excelencia operativa y la sostenibilidad del negocio.Asegurar la correcta apertura y operación diaria del centro, coordinando recursos humanos, materiales, instalaciones y sistemas.Coordinar de forma transversal con Finanzas, Recursos Humanos y Dirección General para alinear presupuestos, personal, estrategias comerciales y proyectos especiales.Supervisar y optimizar la gestión de ventas y compras, controlando el Per Cap (gasto medio por cliente) y el Coste de Mercancía Vendida (CMV).Analizar y mejorar de forma continua la experiencia y satisfacción del cliente a través de valoraciones en redes sociales, encuestas y acciones de fidelización.Diseñar, coordinar e impulsar nuevos eventos y servicios (cumpleaños, excursiones escolares, acciones especiales) que mantengan la oferta atractiva y competitiva.Liderar, motivar y desarrollar al equipo, promoviendo un entorno de trabajo positivo y el crecimiento profesional.Colaborar con el área de marketing y digitalización, aportando la visión operativa y participando en la definición y seguimiento de acciones.Garantizar el cumplimiento de las normativas de seguridad, salud y legislación vigente, apoyándose en auditorías, procedimientos y formación continua.Gestionar situaciones de crisis o imprevistos, asegurando la continuidad del servicio y una comunicación eficaz.Definir objetivos y realizar el seguimiento de KPIs relacionados con asistencia, ingresos, satisfacción del cliente y rentabilidad del centro.Experiencia previa en gestión de centros de ocio, entretenimiento, hospitality o entornos de alta afluencia de público.Sólida experiencia en gestión de equipos y liderazgo operativo.Orientación a resultados, con capacidad de análisis y seguimiento de KPIs.Capacidad de coordinación interdepartamental y visión global de negocio.Habilidades de comunicación, organización y gestión de situaciones complejas.Valorable experiencia en entornos digitalizados y colaboración con equipos de marketing.Tus beneficios:Horario Flexible.Presencial.Contrato Indefinido. xsgfvud Si crees que encajas con lo que estamos buscando, no dudes en inscribirte.Sobre la posiciónTipo de contrato: PermÁrea: Desarrollo de NegocioSector: VentasTipo de trabajo: PresencialNivel de experiencia: Mando intermedioReferencia: OPEQQR-69085059Consultor/a: María Marín#J-18808-Ljbffr
