We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead and coordinate all activities related to the integration of business processes within an SAP S/4HANA implementation . Key Responsibilities Oversee the implementation of business processes within the SAP S/4HANA environment. Develop and execute project plans, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. Identify dependencies across functional, technical, and business teams. Manage risks and issues associated with SAP implementation. Technical Coordination Coordinate technical activities between internal teams and external vendors, ensuring alignment on integration requirements and deliverables. Communication and Stakeholder Management Act as the main point of contact between business users, data stewards, and technical teams. Facilitate workshops to gather requirements, validate solutions, and ensure stakeholder alignment. Provide regular updates to senior management and project stakeholders on progress, risks, and mitigations. Issue Resolution Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve integration-related issues during implementation and post-go-live support. Documentation Maintain comprehensive documentation of integration processes, workflows, and configurations for future reference and audits. Stakeholder Engagement Serve as the primary point of contact for business integration discussions, providing updates and insights to key stakeholders. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred. Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT integration roles, with a focus on SAP projects, particularly S/4HANA. Proven experience in managing technical teams and coordinating cross-functional IT activities.
