Desde RightHand , compañía especializada en atracción del talento digital y contratación, estamos colaborando en la búsqueda de un Senior Planner . Este rol está orientado a desarrollar estrategias sólidas que conecten la visión global con la ejecución local, generando campañas creativas efectivas y relevantes para diferentes mercados europeos. Responsabilidades: Pensamiento estratégico: Traducir retos de negocio y comportamiento del consumidor en insights estratégicos que guíen al equipo creativo para desarrollar campañas D2C. Investigación multi-mercado y local: Realizar estudios en distintos mercados europeos para identificar tendencias, oportunidades y matices culturales que informen la dirección estratégica. Briefing e ideación: Elaborar briefs estratégicos y liderar sesiones de brainstorming para inspirar a los equipos creativos. Liderazgo de pensamiento: Contribuir al conocimiento estratégico del equipo compartiendo buenas prácticas, frameworks y casos de estudio de diferentes mercados. Requisitos: Experiencia: Mínimo 7 años en planificación estratégica en entornos de agencias creativas, idealmente con exposición a proyectos multi-mercado o en modelos centralizados. Experiencia en proyectos D2C, con foco en campañas orientadas a ventas y adquisición de clientes. Capacidad de localizar y analizar datos, identificar insights y traducirlos en estrategias y briefings creativos. Experiencia trabajando con clientes internacionales y adaptándose a diferentes contextos de mercado. Habilidades de comunicación escrita y verbal en inglés (C1 o superior). Otros idiomas europeos son un plus. Mentalidad creativa combinada con capacidad estratégica para inspirar equipos creativos y mantener el enfoque en objetivos de negocio. Fuertes habilidades de presentación. Pasión por las tendencias y la evolución del panorama digital. Idiomas: Inglés y español – nivel C1 o C2. Soft Skills: Pensamiento estratégico para guiar campañas D2C efectivas. Curiosidad e investigación proactiva para descubrir tendencias y matices culturales. Capacidad analítica para transformar datos en briefs estratégicos. Storytelling y habilidades de presentación para inspirar equipos creativos y stakeholders. Colaboración y liderazgo de pensamiento para alinear estrategias entre equipos y mercados. Adaptabilidad y resiliencia en entornos cambiantes.
