We plan to achieve this through automation, tooling, and repeatable processes. This new team will work to build a repeatable data ingest infrastructure and a multi-brand user experience, as we aim to serve even more pet parents by leveraging new brand identities and markets.Your role as Staff EngineerYou will work closely with stakeholders and product managers to deliver on our company’s commitment to fostering a safe experience for all users and pets. Your team will be responsible for building out features to improve the overall experience of a pet owner and help them find the right person for their needs.Through mentorship and problem-solving, you’ll help your team deliver their projects on time at a high level of quality. In partnership with the Engineering and Product Managers, you’ll inform and influence the development, prioritization, and execution of your team’s roadmap. Together with other tech leaders, you’ll help guide the team’s architecture and implementation strategy.
