We’re looking for developers who are hands-on, think in systems, and aren’t afraid to work from scratch or evolve existing services into robust products.Please note that this is a fully remote position, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere while contributing to high-impact, mission-critical projects with some of the UAE’s most prominent organizations.Our Offer & Your Growth- Hands-on role in building next-gen AI solutions for real-world industries- Modern tech stack and fast-paced delivery culture- Tight-knit team with strong engineering and leadership- Opportunities to grow into senior or system architecture roles- Competitive compensation and flexible remote-first work cultureCore Responsibilities- Build and maintain backend services using Python (FastAPI, Django, Celery)- Design and implement REST and asynchronous APIs- Work with event-driven architectures using Kafka- Manage data storage and access using Postgres and Redis- Apply Domain-Driven Design principles to structure complex product logic- Participate in code reviews, tech discussions, and sprint planning- Collaborate with QA, DevOps, and frontend developers as part of a cross-functional team- Contribute to technical documentation and ongoing product evolutionRequired Qualifications- Tech Stack: Python 3.10+, FastAPI, Django, Celery- DevOps: Proficient with Docker and Kubernetes- Messaging: Kafka- Databases: Redis, Postgres- Architecture: xsgfvud Understanding of DDD (Domain-Driven Design) principles- Team Collaboration: Participation in code reviews- Experience: A minimum of 2 years in product development- Language Proficiency: Fluent English for effective communication with international stakeholdersNice to Have- Understanding of LLM pipelines and GenAI product architectures- Experience developing or integrating monitoring and observability tools- Familiarity with testing frameworks and CI/CD practices- Experience working in cross-functional product teams or startup environmentsHay opciones de teletrabajo/trabajo desde casa disponibles para este puesto.
