You’ll coach and support a team of 8 outbound SDRs, helping them develop their skills, generate pipeline, and hit their targets. You’ll partner closely with the SDR Manager and Head of Sales Development to shape strategies, improve processes, and ensure the team’s success directly contributes to Perk’s growth.What will you be doing?Lead and support a team of up to 8 Outbound SDRs, running weekly 1:1s, setting development goals, and reviewing performance.Coach & mentor, focus on continuous skill development, identify training needs, and support new hires during onboarding.Enable growth, design and deliver engaging training (role-plays, pitch simulations, gamification) and share best practices across the team. xsgfvud Be the expert, master Perk’s products and confidently guide your team in delivering value to prospects.
