At Capitole we continue to grow and we want to do it with youWe are looking for a Data Governance Professional with at least 3 years of experience to join the team of an important international company, with its Tech HUB based in Barcelona.Key Responsibilities- Support the development and monitoring of data governance policies and procedures. - Collaborate with business units and data stewards to ensure data quality and compliance. - Prepare and deliver presentations and reports (mainly PowerPoint) to communicate governance strategies and progress. - Facilitate training sessions, workshops and onboarding on governance best practices. - Contribute to change management initiatives, ensuring adoption of governance standards. - Lead initiatives and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring alignment with business objectives and priorities.Qualifications- 3+ years of experience in Data Governance / Data Quality roles. - Strong understanding of data governance frameworks and responsibilities. - Excellent communication and presentation skills. - Proficient in English (spoken and written). - Proactive, solution-oriented, with strong analytical and organizational skills. - Previous experience in data management, business analytics or a related field, with experience in policy creation and change management essential.What we offer you:- €1,200 annual training budget for you to spend as you wish (tech events, books, courses, certifications, etc.). - Monthly follow-ups with your team to ensure continuous feedback. - Full remote work model. - Flexible working hours to help you balance your professional and personal life. - Private health insurance fully covered by Capitole. - Flexible compensation (meal vouchers, transport and/or childcare). - Wellhub (Gymforless) membership. - Employee discounts with top brands through Club Capitole.To connect with the whole Capitole family:- Team buildings every two months – don’t miss our legendary summer party or Christmas dinner - A football team sponsored by Capitole. - Tech communities to share knowledge and ideas with other teams – because internal knowledge-sharing is key
