Location: Spain (must have permanent residency or Spanish nationality) – 4 days on-site Travel: Up to 80% (depending on project) Contract Type: Permanent Position Level: Principal Consultant Experience: 12+ years Compensation: Attractive, competitive salary package About the Role We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Principal Consultant to lead transformational programs and end-to-end implementations for global clients. This role offers the opportunity to work on strategic projects, collaborate with senior stakeholders, and mentor project teams while driving SAP innovation. Key Responsibilities • Lead SAP solutions across multiple end-to-end implementations and transformation programs • Drive client engagements (Greenfield, Brownfield, Hybrid projects)• Collaborate with stakeholders to define roadmaps and transformation strategies • Prepare solution proposals and effort estimations • Mentor and manage project teams to ensure delivery excellence Must-Have Skills • Deep functional expertise in SAP Finance, Manufacturing, Logistics, or Sales OR technical expertise (ABAP, Integration, Security, Basis)• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA, EWM, TM, Business AI, LeanIX, Signavio, Cloud ALM • Minimum of 4 full lifecycle SAP project implementations • Proven leadership experience in SAP projects • Valid SAP certification in relevant areas • Languages: Spanish xsgfvud and English at C1+ level What We Offer • International projects and exposure to cutting-edge technologies • Agile work environments and continuous learning programs • Collaboration across global teams • Dynamic corporate environment fostering innovation and growth • Career development through continuous learning and collaboration • Strong commitment to sustainability • Recognized for ethics and innovation • Expanding footprint in Europe with new delivery centers and growth initiatives
