Na Roche, você pode-se apresentar como você mesmo, abraçado pelas qualidades únicas que traz.Todos los posibles candidatos deben leer con atención los siguientes detalles de este trabajo antes de presentar una candidatura.Nossa cultura incentiva a expressão pessoal, o diálogo aberto e as conexões genuínas, onde você é valorizado e respeitado por quem você é, e permitindo que você prospere tanto pessoal como profissionalmente.É assim que pretendemos prevenir, deter e curar doenças e garantir que todos tenham acesso aos cuidados de saúde hoje e nas gerações futuras.Junte-se à Roche, onde cada voz é importante.### A posição**The Position**The Identity Management Support team manages and operates the solutions and components used to provide customers with Directory and Identity Management Services using SailPoint.We are part of a global Roche Digital Technology group (RDT).In this role, you are mainly responsible for the Identity Management environment with a strong focus on cloud environments.This includes the design of new solutions, consultancy, maintenance, performance, tactical lifecycle management and continuous improvement of the underlying technologies.Your main responsibilities are:* Strong background in IAM concepts at design level and evolution in Cloud environments, especially Azure.* Contributes to the design of new solutions based on SailPoint and PingFederate, AD, Privilege Access Management.* Expert knowledge on the key Identity Management Systems.Act as a mentor and a reference for the team and peers.Work in close contact with Stakeholders and provide the right level of consultancy.* Ensure regular interactions with the Managed Service Provider ensuring adequate training level and knowledge sharing.Focus on continuous improvement and development of the service.* Coordinates within the team all quality relevant topics and ensures compliance to Roche validation approach.* Ensure continuous improvement of the components and underlying infrastructure supported by the team.Act as operation expert in the release management activities.* Provide 2nd and 3rd level support.Manage and support the Identity Management Infrastructure, its associated components and applications.* Responsible for platform design, installation, daily administration, technical support and maintaining consistent configuration.* Proactively monitor systems and platforms for performance, availability and capacity management and ensure that the solution and component are resilient.* Ensure high level of customer satisfaction in promptly responding to escalations.* Perform all administrative processes and procedures to ensure that the solutions and components meet defined SLAs for availability and performance.* Relevant concepts of Agile frameworks and ITIL, GxP and Project Management are understood, implemented and followed.These include Request Management, Incident Management, Change Management, Qualification & Validation and Project Management.* Actively focus on self-development in creating actionable plans to improve.**Who you are**You’re someone who wants to drive your own development and is highly curious.You’re looking for a company where you have the opportunity to pursue your interests across functions and geographies, where a job title is not considered the final definition of who you are, but the starting point.For this position, you bring the following experience, skills & qualifications:* 5-7 years of experience working in a major global organization, preferably in a regulated industry and in providing solutions aligned with standards, security, validation, capacity and high availability.* Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, engineering or related discipline;
