This role will identify, support and empower internal ambassadors across the organization to promote AI literacy, responsible tool use and accelerate adoption through a distributed champion network.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and run the AI Literacy & Adoption train‑the‑trainer program selecting and preparing internal ambassadors.Develop training materials, resources and ongoing support for ambassadors.Coach and support ambassadors to promote responsible AI tool use and best practices across functions.Build and sustain a network of champions to expand AI literacy and adoption.Monitor program success, gather feedback and continuously refine the ambassador network.QualificationsA minimum education level or a Masters degree or MBA is preferred.Proven experience designing and managing train‑the‑trainer or ambassador programs.
