La siguiente información debe ser leída atentamente por todos los candidatos.Location:Madrid, Community of Madrid, SpainJoin to apply for theUX Designer Spain (m/f/d)role atmybacsAbout The PositionWe’re looking for a UX Designer who’s passionate about crafting exceptional digital experiences in a fast-moving e-commerce environment.MissionYour primary goal is to increase the conversion rate of our Spanish e-commerce shop (key soft‑KPIs include bounce rate, session duration, and scroll depth). You’ll bring an understanding of Spanish e‑commerce user behavior, ensuring that the Spanish site feels native, intuitive, and localized.ResponsibilitiesDesign, test, and optimize user journeys across Shopify, Skio, and the broader mybacs ecosystem with a strong focus on the Spanish market.Collaborate with our Senior Digital Experience Manager, UI Designer, developers, and cross‑functional partners in marketing, legal, and data.Create high‑converting UX patterns for product pages, bundles, checkout, and subscription journeys.Run and iterate on A/B test variants using Convert or similar tools, building insights into design improvements.Work closely with legal and brand teams to ensure content and structure remain compliant and on‑brand.Partner with marketing to align UX with campaign objectives (influencer landing pages, seasonal campaigns, CRM assets).Contribute to design documentation, Figma libraries, and internal process improvements.Qualifications3–5 years of experience as a UX Designer, ideally in a D2C or e‑commerce environment.Strong knowledge of Shopify (and ideally experience with Skio or subscription logic).
