This role is central to shaping the customer journey across the sales funnel, collaborating closely with designers, engineers, and analysts to deliver data‑driven, high‑impact solutions.What You'll DoDefine the product roadmap and specifications for complex use cases within the motor insurance sales funnel.Prioritise and plan development activities in partnership with the dev team, product, and business leaders.Collaborate with a cross‑functional agile team to deliver on plans, ensuring alignment and shared goals.Manage stakeholders across online sales, pricing & underwriting, senior management, and other Prima business areas, synthesising needs into the product roadmap.What We're Looking ForAt least 3 years as a product manager of software products in a cross‑functional team.Lean approach to solving complex business problems.Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and English, able to articulate technical and strategic concepts.A pragmatic approach with the ability to thrive under pressure to hit targets.Strong understanding of data modelling and implications when defining products.Ability to work independently in ambiguous situations.Nice‑to‑haveExperience building and managing online sales funnels.Knowledge of the insurance sector or other regulated industries.Why you’ll love it hereFull flexibility: work from home, office, or a mix, and work from anywhere for up to 30 days a year.Growth opportunities: learning resources, mentorship, and a tailored growth plan.Well‑being perks: private healthcare, gym discounts, wellbeing programs, and mental health support.Apply now.
