Underpinned by our best-in-class Page Group infrastructure, we have an unmatched opportunity to deliver industry-leading performance.What will you be doing?To build and manage excellent relationships with both candidates and hiring managers, maximising contract performance, while achieving all aspects of the service level agreement.Ensure all clients, candidates, and colleagues receive an experience in line with the Page Outsourcing values.Key Activities include:Capturing successful candidate details and initiating onboarding activitiesScheduling Hiring Manager Interview with CandidatesTracking candidate progress against the agreed-upon onboarding checklist - highlighting and escalating any outstanding actions or informationResponding to outstanding or adverse onboarding elements through an agreed escalation process - closing the circle on any dropouts or delayed start datesWorking with recruiting teams to educate candidates on onboarding requirements to minimise dropouts and delaysArranging keep in touch calls or updates with candidates to update them on the progress of onboardingWorking with 3rd party vendors and/or internal teams who are responsible for delivering onboarding elements to ensure an efficient working relationshipOffer letter generationContract generationRaising requests for facilities or systems accessBooking candidates into orientation/day 1 activitiesSharing new joiner packs or informationManaging contractor and temp to perm conversionsWhat are we looking for?Preferred experience as a Recruitment Coordinator, ideally in an RPO environment.
