Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi is inviting Nursing professionals with recent two years' experience in Interventional Radiology to work in Abu Dhabi, UAE.This position is responsible for providing general and specialized direct and indirect patient care through the application of evidence based nursing procedures and practices to patients of all ages on assigned nursing unit. Descúbralo a continuación.Provides direct care and evaluates outcomes, incorporating principles of family centered careMonitors and documents patients' condition and effectiveness of care and interventionsAssesses educational needs of patients and significant others considering cultural needs and other special concernsUse the knowledge of one's own role and the roles of other professions to appropriately assess and address the health care needs of the patients and populations servedDemonstrates commitment to providing evidence based practice care by: adhering to protocols for the care of patient populations in which assigned, reporting needed changes in practice supported by evidence, and participating in evaluating patient outcomes utilizing evidenceDelegates appropriate components of the nursing care plan to other members of the nursing teamResponsible for completing charge capture education and in-service training for their Institute within CCAD. When charges are not captured automatically the nurse will complete within Epic in real time, Perioperative Services within 24 business hoursBachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent xsgfvud qualification is requiredMinimum three (3) year curriculum in Nursing from an accredited program is requiredAssociate Degree Nurses from North America with evidence of passing the National exam is required (USA: NCLEX – RN & Canada: Minimum of two (2) years post-graduate experience in an Intervention Radiology setting is requiredProficiency with Microsoft Office suiteFluency in written and spoken EnglishExperience with electronic medical record is strongly preferredAbility to speak and write in Arabic is preferred
