This isn't a traditional PR role; we are looking for a growth-oriented strategist who understands the intersection of B2B SaaS, tech-influencers, and community building. Your mission is to identify, recruit, and manage a global network of creators, thought leaders, and tech-enthusiasts to amplify Spoki’s mission. You will turn complex AI and Conversational Commerce concepts into relatable, high-impact stories that drive awareness and lead generation. Your Responsibilities Influencer Strategy & Campaign Management: Architect and execute an end-to-end influencer marketing strategy aligned with our global growth targets. Identify and vet B2B tech influencers, marketing gurus, and automation experts who resonate with our target audience. Lead the creative briefing process , ensuring creators understand the technical power of Spoki while maintaining their unique authentic voice. Manage the full lifecycle of collaborations: from initial outreach and negotiation to contract signing and content approval. Community & Brand Advocacy: Build a "Spoki Insiders" community , fostering long-term relationships with power users and brand ambassadors. Collaborate with the Creative and Tech teams to provide influencers with early access to new features (AI tools, WhatsApp integrations) for exclusive reviews and tutorials. Monitor social conversations and trends in the MarTech and WhatsApp Marketing space to position Spoki as a thought leader. Data-Driven Optimization & Reporting: Track and analyze campaign performance using KPIs like Reach, Engagement, and—most importantly—Conversion/ROI. Utilize tracking tools (UTMs, HubSpot, promo codes) to attribute growth accurately to specific partnerships. Optimize the influencer funnel , conducting experiments with different platforms (LinkedIn, YouTube, X, TikTok) to find the most efficient growth levers. Ideal Profile Experience & Skills B2B/SaaS Expertise: Proven experience in Influencer Marketing, ideally within the tech or marketing automation industry. Strategic Negotiator: Strong ability to manage budgets and negotiate contracts that align with company ROI goals. Content Savvy: A deep understanding of what makes a technical product "viral" or engaging on platforms like LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok. Tech-Fluent: You don’t need to code, but you must be comfortable discussing APIs, AI, WhatsApp Business, and CRMs (HubSpot experience is a huge plus). Analytical Mindset: Comfortable using data to tell a story and justify marketing spend. Communication Mastery: Exceptional writing and speaking skills in English . Proficiency in Italian and/or Spanish is highly valued as we scale globally. Proactive Spirit: You are a "hunter" who doesn't wait for talent to come to you; you know how to build doors where there are only walls. Work Policy for Barcelona This is a on site position based at the Aticco Bogatell coworking space in Barcelona. Employees working from the Barcelona office must spend 1 full week at the San Vito dei Normanni (Italy) office every 2 months (i.E., at least 6 times per year). The travel schedule will be defined in agreement with the manager. xsgfvud Expenses: 100% of travel and accommodation expenses are reimbursed by Spoki.
