Desde MELT GROUP , estamos en búsqueda de un Project Manager para una empresa de Ingeniería de Proyectos de Instalaciones en el mundo Hospitalario, Farmacia, Enología y procesos industriales... La posición estáubicada en Paterna , Valencia.Puede obtener más detalles sobre la naturaleza de esta vacante y lo que se espera de los solicitantes leyendo la información a continuación.Funciones principales:Análisis técnico y económico de los proyectos.Planificación, organización, coordinación, supervisión y ejecución de la obraSupervisión y organización de los equipos de obra.Control económico del resultado del proyecto en su conjunto.Propuesta de los procedimientos, técnicas y medios idóneos, así como de métodos que mejoren los rendimientos y los resultados.Control de costes y plazos.Comprobación de mediciones. Certificaciones.Responsable de la documentación oficial de la obra.Relaciones con el cliente.Realizar peticiones de ofertas a proveedores y subcontratistas y realización de comparativos.Llevar al día los sistemas de seguimiento, control y gestión de la empresa, de acuerdo con las normativas establecidas por la central.Requisito Mínimos:Ingeniería Industrial o similar.Valorable experiencia en el sector de climatización industrial o similarOtras habilidades y requisitos:Experiencia como Project Manager o Jefe de Producción, mínimo 3 años.Proactividad y predisposición. xsgfvud Capacidad comunicativa, oral y escrita.Conocimientos informáticos:Office 365Autocad#J-18808-Ljbffr
