You will also get to know first hand the work of the different technology teams to have a total picture of the product.After this training period, you will be part of an implementation and functional development team, where you will work collaboratively with the other squads with agile methodologies (Scrum), participating in all the ceremonies.You will be the link between the technical teams and the customer implementation. Carrying out tasks such as:• Analysis of liquidity, interest and FTP risk in financial entities at a national and international level.• Participate in the design and evolution of the management and regulatory reports required by the different clients and financial entities, as well as in new functionalities required by MAT.• Participate directly in the implementation or development of MAT, our ALM tool for interest rate risk, liquidity risk and FTP.• Collaboration with the client to identify the way to measure, monitor and control interest rate risk, liquidity risk and FTP.• Manage small teams or work units.• Mentoring junior colleagues.Your profileAt least 4 years of experience in financial or insurance consulting, financial risk consulting.Bachelor or Graduate in Business Administration, Economics, Mathematics, Physics, Engineering or similar.High English level. Indispensable requirement.Interest in working with technical teams, oriented to innovation and excellence and clear client orientation and interest in international environments.Knowledge of ALM tools is desirable.Master's degree in finance and/or professional certifications (BTRM, FRM or CFA) are highly valued.Why us?At Mirai, people are our greatest asset.
