High standards, high pace, high ownership.The role We’re looking for aperformance-driven digital marketerto own and scale ourinfluencer marketing channel as a performance channel, not as “brand awareness.”This is a hands-on, in-house role for someone who thinks in numbers, tests constantly, and optimizes aggressively.You will be responsible for turning creators into apredictable, scalable acquisition channel.What you’ll doBuild, manage, and scale influencer campaigns with clear performance goalsTreat influencers like paid media: test, track, optimize, and double downOwn key metrics:ROAS, CAC, CPA, CPM, CTR, conversion rateLaunch experiments, analyze results, and iterate fastWork closely with content, e-commerce, and leadership teamsCreate systems for reporting, benchmarking, and scaling winnersWhat we’re looking forStrong performance-marketing mindset (numbers first)Experience with influencer marketing as a conversion channelComfortable xsgfvud with data, dashboards, and attributionProactive, structured, execution-focusedReady to work full-timefrom our Valencia officeWhat we offer€2,500 gross per month + performance-based bonusesHigh ownership and visible impact on growthFast career progression in a scaling international companyWork in a modern sexual wellness brand with global reachStrong team, ambitious goals, no corporate politics
