This position offers the opportunity to work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams, contributing to the growth and transformation of our business.We’re shaping the way we work through innovation, cutting-edge technology, collaboration and the freedom to explore new ideas. To succeed in this role, you will be responsible for :Support the business in the design and implementation of strategic initiatives.Develop and maintain comprehensive business plans aligned with company goals and market dynamics.Define, track, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor progress and drive strategic decisions. Including information on financials, commercial activity, resources planning and product development.Collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders such as Finance, COO Office, and Product to ensure alignment and execution of initiatives.Ensure timely follow-up and execution of strategic priorities and action plans.Preparing reports and presentations to support business reviews.Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the development of scalable business tools.WHAT YOU’LL BRINGOur people are our greatest strength. (Required)Demonstrated experience in building and executing business plans, including financial modelling and KPI tracking. (Required)Proven ability to manage multiple strategic initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced, matrixed environment. (Required)Experience preparing executive-level presentations and reports to support decision-making. (Required)Consulting background or experience in a corporate strategy team is a strong plus.(Preferred)EducationBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a related field. (Required)Additional certifications in strategy, finance, or project management (e.g., CFA, PMP) are a plus.(Preferred)LanguagesFluent written and spoken English.(Required)Other languages (e.g. Spanish, Portuguese, French, German) will be a plus. (Preferred)HardSkillsSolid understanding of financial concepts, business planning, and performance management. (Required)High proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Qlik) is a plus.
