Together, we combine deep medical expertise with innovation and technology to deliver high-quality, patient-focused diagnostics.Organisational ContextReports to: TMC General ManagerMember of: Central Leadership Team (CLT) and Commercial Leadership TeamCollaboration with: Recruitment, Commercial, Operations, and Medical Leadership TeamsLocation: Barcelona or Reading, hybrid working possibleTravel: Occasional (meetings, congresses, events, client or internal meetings)Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing & Brand StrategyDevelop and execute TMC's marketing and communication strategy in alignment with business objectives and Unilabs group directionStrengthen TMC's brand positioning in the European teleradiology market, with a focus on client awareness, trust, and engagementIdentify and define key market segments, ensuring that each is targeted with the most relevant and differentiated messagingContent & Communication ManagementManage and produce high-quality marketing content for TMC's website, social media, newsletters, and other external channelsOversee production of promotional materials for congresses, client meetings, and recruitment eventsCoordinate with external providers for design, PR, and digital marketing supportEnsure consistency of tone, brand identity, and key messages across all communication channelsCommercial SupportSupport commercial teams in promoting TMC's services through various marketing and communication channelsDevelop campaigns and materials that support lead generation, client retention, and reputation buildingContribute to tenders, client presentations, and business development activities with impactful materials and positioning insightsRecruitment MarketingCollaborate with the recruitment team to develop marketing campaigns that attract radiologists across EuropeAnalyse market trends and radiologist motivations to position TMC as an employer of choiceStrengthen TMC's recruitment brand through creative, data-driven, and targeted initiativesMarket & Competitor IntelligenceLead ongoing market and competitor analysis, ensuring a deep understanding of how TMC is positioned relative to other teleradiology and diagnostic service providersTrack market developments, pricing trends, and service models across key European marketsGenerate regular competitor and market intelligence reports to inform leadership, commercial, and recruitment strategiesIdentify opportunities and risks in market dynamics — including new entrants, client preferences, and technological trendsProvide actionable insights and recommendations that influence strategic decision-making and guide communication prioritiesInternal CommunicationSupport internal communication activities to strengthen alignment, engagement, and visibility of achievementsProduce key internal updates and support leadership communication initiatives such as newsletters and townhallsRequirementsUniversity degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related fieldProven experience in marketing xsgfvud and external communications roles, preferably within healthcare or professional servicesStrong analytical and writing skills, with the ability to translate data and insights into clear, compelling messagesExcellent command of English (native or near-native)Knowledge of any Scandinavian language is a strong advantageExperience with digital marketing, website management, and social media platformsDemonstrated ability to use market and competitor intelligence tools and techniquesCreative, structured, and proactive approach with strong collaboration skillsKey AttributesStrategic and insight-driven, with a focus on actionable outcomesExcellent communicator and storyteller with strong analytical thinkingAble to balance multiple priorities and stakeholders in a dynamic environmentCollaborative and culturally aware, comfortable working across international teamsPassionate about healthcare innovation and the role of communication in advancing patient careSeniority levelAssociateEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionMarketingIndustries: Non-profit Organizations and Primary and Secondary Education#J-18808-Ljbffr
