Besides our original and iconic IPs such as Molly, Hirono, Skullpanda, and LABUBU, POP MART collaborates with top-tier toys and lifestyle brands including Disney, Universal Studios, and Sanrio to create collectible art toys featuring their iconic characters.As part of our strategic growth initiatives, we are focused on expanding our retail network into additional high-potential markets across Europe, continuing to strengthen our brand's position in the region.POP MART is a boutique-sized company with a young and multicultural team where you can expect to :Receive structured customer service, retail operations and product trainingA structured bonus in line with the company’s and the individual’s performanceComprehensive training and development programsRegular team social eventsKey ResponsibilitiesDeveloping and owning countrylevel forecasts, product ranging, and replenishment to storesOptimising POP MART’s inventory management and actively maintaining high stock accuracyOverseeing lastmile deliveries (from warehouse to stores) across the Spanish marketConducting data analysis to support efficient retail operationsThis position will focus on the Spain market and reports directly to theHead of Country Cluster MerchandisingDevelop and maintain SKU level monthly rolling demand forecasts to support accurate replenishment and sales planningDefine and allocate appropriate assortments from RDC / LDC to local stores based on sales trends and store requirementsManage the local product launch calendar in coordination with internal teams, ensuring timely executionOversee merchandise transfers and daily operations between stores and warehousesMaintain internal data and ordering systems to ensure accuracy and efficiencyWork cross-functionally with retail, logistics, visual merchandising, and the regional head office to ensure smooth operations and stock accuracyParticipate in quarterly and annual inventory counts, ensuring effective stock managementConduct data analysis and provide regular reports and summaries to support decisionmakingHandle operational emergencies and adhoc tasks, xsgfvud resolving issues quickly and effectively, particularly those related to lastmile deliveriesCollaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of projects and tasksUndertake other responsibilities as required according to project needsQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business Management, Supply Chain, Retail Management, or a related fieldCommercially driven, with the ability to manage large-scale business planning and cross-functional collaborationProficiency in the MS Office suite (particularly Excel and PowerPoint) and data analysis toolsFluency in English and ideally Spanish, both spoken and writtenFamiliarity with the Western European retail landscape and logistics operationsExperience with inventory and order management software or ERP systems (e.g.#J-18808-Ljbffr
