You’ll play a critical role in validating complex workflows and decision‑heavy processes, working closely with product and engineering teams to identify issues early and ensure high‑quality releases. This role focuses on manual testing, exploratory testing, and strong collaboration across teams to maintain enterprise‑grade quality standards as we scale with enterprise clients.What you’ll do…You'll own the quality and validation of our platform from a user and system perspective:Testing & Quality AssuranceManual Testing & ValidationDesign, document, and execute detailed manual test cases based on product requirements and user storiesPerform exploratory testing to identify edge cases, usability issues, and unexpected system behaviorConduct regression testing to ensure existing functionality remains stable as new features are releasedValidate end‑to‑end workflows across web applications and backend servicesLog, prioritize, and track defects using Jira or similar issue‑tracking toolsClearly communicate bugs with reproducible steps, expected vs actual results, and supporting evidenceCollaborate closely with engineers and product managers to clarify requirements and resolve issues efficientlyParticipate actively in agile ceremonies, contributing a quality‑focused perspectiveExpertise in API testing (RESTful, GraphQL, gRPC) and message broker validation (Apache Kafka)Use tools such as Postman to perform manual API testing and verify responsesEnsure consistent behavior between frontend and backend systemsWhat you’ll bring…Strong demonstrable experience in manual Quality Assurance or software testing rolesStrong hands‑on experience testing web‑based applications and complex workflows within a Studio‑style productStrong experience writing clear, structured, and maintainable test cases and test plansSolid understanding of software development lifecycles and QA best practicesHands‑on experience with exploratory testing and edge‑case analysisExperience using bug tracking and test management tools (Jira or similar)Basic understanding of APIs and experience testing them using tools like PostmanExperience validating end‑to‑end user journeys across a Studio applicationStrong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills for identifying, reproducing, and clearly documenting issuesStrong attention to detail with excellent written and verbal communication skillsComfortable working in a fast‑paced, collaborative, agile environmentYou will be joining one of Europe’s most exciting early‑stage AI start‑ups, where you’ll have the opportunity to work with cutting‑edge Agentic Process Automation that’s reshaping how enterprises approach AI deployment.
