Buscamos un Social Media & Digital Communications Manager con visión creativa y estratégica, capaz de liderar la presencia digital y la comunicación de la marca en entornos dinámicos. Trabajarás con equipos internos y agencias para impulsar campañas innovadoras y fortalecer la relación con nuestra comunidad. Tus principales retos: Diseñar y ejecutar la estrategia de redes sociales , asegurando crecimiento y engagement. Crear contenido atractivo para plataformas digitales, web y eventos. Desarrollar un plan de influencers y colaboraciones estratégicas . Coordinar agencias y creadores de contenido, supervisando calidad y resultados. Organizar producciones fotográficas y audiovisuales alineadas con la identidad de marca. Implementar acciones de PR y comunicación , gestionando relaciones con medios e influencers. Apoyar iniciativas de posicionamiento y eventos de alto perfil. Perfil que buscamos: Formación en Marketing, Comunicación o similar (máster valorable). 5–8 años de experiencia en social media, comunicación y marketing digital, preferiblemente en moda, lifestyle o sectores premium. Conocimiento profundo del ecosistema digital y tendencias en redes sociales. Red de contactos en medios e influencers. Dominio de español e inglés.
