Your work will influence how clients, partners, and the wider market perceive not only what we do, but why we exist. Key Responsibilities As Chief Marketing Officer, you will: Define and guide the long-term marketing vision, ensuring alignment with Mindshare's strategic goals and values Shape a cohesive brand narrative that reflects our depth, credibility, and forward-thinking mindset Oversee positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies across digital and strategic channels Collaborate closely with leadership, data experts, and business teams to translate complex insights into clear, meaningful communication Establish thoughtful marketing frameworks that prioritize quality, consistency, and sustainable growth Evaluate performance through both qualitative impact and measurable outcomes, refining strategy with intention rather than haste Required Skills & Qualities We are looking for a professional who brings both capability and character: Proven leadership experience in marketing, brand, or strategic communications A deep understanding of how strong brands are built over time—not overnight Strategic thinking paired with refined execution and attention to detail Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a natural ability to articulate complex ideas simply and elegantly Intellectual curiosity, sound judgment, and a collaborative mindset A leadership style grounded in respect, clarity, and quiet confidence Preferred Experience While not required, experience xsgfvud in one or more of the following areas is welcomed: Data, analytics, technology, or consulting-driven environments Building or refining brands in global or multi-market contexts Leading marketing functions in lean, high-trust, remote teams Working closely with executive leadership on long-term positioning and growth strategy Work Structure & Culture This is a Part-time, Remote role designed for experienced leaders who value flexibility without compromising impact.
